We require that substitute teachers have a valid emergency substitute certificate, teaching certificate or be currently enrolled in a teacher certification program. Candidates should be proficient in education technology, specifically with experience using the Google for Education suite (i.e. Gmail, Drive, Classroom, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, and Calendar) and Zoom.

At Ferris Wheel Education, we use an automated alternative notification system that sends notifications via text message, phone call, email, etc. (based on your preference). We will also have someone dedicated to working with our key replacements to match their availability and preferences with available work.
